Lighting Company Website
A refined digital showroom for one of Australia's architectural lighting specialists
The brief
Project overview
We designed and built a custom, image-led website for EST Lighting that brings together a large product catalogue, partner brands, completed projects and showroom information in one elegant experience.
The result is a digital showroom that supports architects, interior designers and specifiers as they browse architectural lighting, compare collections and find the right product information quickly.
How we did it
The case study
The client and the challenge
EST Lighting partners with respected architectural and decorative lighting brands from Europe, Australia and beyond. With showrooms in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, plus a Perth office, the business needed a website that could present its collections with the same care and clarity as its physical showrooms.
Its audience includes architects, interior designers, lighting consultants and specifiers who expect a polished visual experience. They also need practical tools that help them find the right fitting fast, whether they are browsing by brand, category, application or project reference.
What we did
We created a minimal, gallery-style website that lets product and project photography lead the experience. The interface was designed to feel calm, premium and easy to explore, with clear pathways into products, brands, projects, events, downloads and showroom details.
Behind the design sits a custom-built product catalogue that organises interior and exterior lighting into useful categories, including downlights, pendants, track lighting, linear systems, wall lights, bollards and in-ground fittings. Search and filtering help specifiers narrow the catalogue quickly, while product pages provide the information needed to support design and procurement decisions.
Each partner brand, from Marset and XAL to Christopher Boots and Rakumba, has its own dedicated page. This gives EST Lighting a flexible way to showcase brand stories, collections and product ranges while keeping the browsing experience consistent.
We also built a projects portfolio to show lighting products installed in real spaces. This gives visitors useful context and helps them understand how each fitting performs within residential, commercial, hospitality and architectural settings.
The site includes an events section, a downloads area and clear showroom details for each city. These additions make the website more useful for both new visitors and returning clients who need current information, technical documents or showroom contact details.
This project brought together website design and development, custom web application development and structured content management to create a platform that is easy to update as new products, projects and events are added.
The result
EST Lighting now has a digital showroom that reflects the quality of its brands and the expectations of a design-led audience. The website gives specifiers a clear way to browse a large catalogue, explore partner brands and view products in completed projects.
For the internal team, the custom content structure makes day-to-day management more efficient. New products, brands, projects, events and downloads can be added without compromising the visual consistency of the site.
The finished website supports discovery, improves catalogue usability and gives EST Lighting a refined digital presence that can continue to grow with the business.
